RAYMOND ST. JOHN
Raymond has a background in domestic and international corporate finance focusing on private equity, M&A and debt instruments.
He has transacted and advised for large-cap corporations, real estate development and entertainment companies, however is currently focused on emerging tech to provide solutions for water, agriculture, infrastructure, 3D printing, additive manufacturing, CyberSec and Space/Defense technologies. Additionally, he has also built a precious metals international trading commerce company as well as a global Private Defense Security and training related business.
Starting at Oppenheimer & Co. in New York, he moved on to entrepreneurship through business consulting then financial managing & advisory subsequently launching his own firm being an alternative private investment, portfolio holdings and family office vehicle offering diverse investment strategies.
Mr. St. John had formally served as a Presidentially appointed Advisory Council Member to the White House Office of American Innovation. He is also undergoing the membership process to the prestigious and invitation only Union League Club.
Mr. St. John resides in New York. He is actively involved in American Politics having served on the Executive Committee of his local GOP and supporting both the NYS Republican and NY Conservative Parties.

He is a father and hobbies include piloting fixed-wing aircraft and playing lead guitar on his Fender Stratocaster’s with friends.
